6 Tonne Dumper

It’s always reassuring to see the Thwaites name on site with this 6 tonne dumper. It means that operators will be using properly designed and engineered plant that can handle all the rough stuff.

From the electronic fuel injected diesel engine to the adjustable suspension seat, everything is designed and built for performance and ease of use. The controls are intuitive too. The Thwaites power swivel turns through 180° thanks to twin slewing cylinders, all operated by a single dual-access control stick. There’s a safety lock too, so as soon as the skip starts to travel, it gets locked into a safe central position.

This power-steering, ground hugging Power Swivel makes short work of uneven and claggy terrain, all the while lifting, swivelling and tipping all day, every day.
